If a mouthpiece is ordered or delivered as a new produced polished raw brass or stainless steel mouthpiece, the above prices apply.
If an already used, galvanized or chrome-plated mouthpiece (silver/gold) is ordered, €40 will be charged for the additional cost of decoating/blasting.
(Artificial Diamond can only be coated on raw brass surfaces.)
For the smooth coating options, the mouthpiece should arrive 3 weeks before coating session and we charge handling costs of €80 for manually polishing the silver coating off the mouthpiece by using polishing cloth on a lathe.

You can order a brand new diamond coated mouthpiece.
All you need is to tell us your brand and size of your mouthpiece.
In the further steps we order the mouthpiece for you from the producer directly in raw-brass (if available), coat it with diamond and ship it to you.

PLEASE SEND US A MESSAGE BEFORE SHIPPING - WE GIVE YOU VERY NECESSARY INFORMATION ABOUT THE CUSTOM DECLARATION TO REDUCE COSTS.
Please note:
Goods that are imported into the EU for the purpose of processing and then exported again after completion are exempted from VAT.
Therefore this process needs a special declaration.
If a customs inspection incurs associated storage and handling charges, these are automatically added to the final invoice.

Repair
Please note that your mouthpiece is always stored in the Diamond Brass - leather bag when you are not making music, so that it does not collide with the instrument or other mouthpieces and suffer damage during storage.
If it ever happens to you that the diamondization suffers damage or the coating peels off, you are welcome to send it back to us. Please also contact us with a photo. We renew the coating at the next appointment for a fee of:
Individual parts, such as rims/cups: €49.00
Whole mouthpieces: €79.00

All 10 steps to get Diamond Brass (checklist)
1.) Take your mouthpiece and wrap it in paper-towels/newspaper.
2.) Place the wrapped mouthpiece in a shipping package.
3.) Include a small piece of paper with your address for the return shipment.
4.) Make sure that the package is completely full with filling material.
5.) Send the mouthpiece to us:

6.) Send the package tracked with a tracking number.
7.) Send the tracking number to us for a safely package arrival.
Your mouthpiece will be returned to you 3-4 weeks after the coating date. You will receive a tracking number and the invoice by email.
8.) Transfer the amount stated on the invoice.
9.) Let us know as soon as you have received your mouthpiece back.
